Salisbury Steak: No Mystery Meat Here

With everyone's favorite TV Shows coming back on next week I thought I would share my version of a TV Dinner. I don't know about you but when I think of Salisbury Steak, I think about funny charbroiled meat with brown gravy in a cardboard box or worse the ladle wielding lunch lady! This is a quick meal that tastes really good and doesn't have funny meat or a hair net.

Salisbury Steaks with Beef Gravy

4-6 extra lean ground beef or turkey burgers
If you make your own you can add onions and garlic to make them more flavorful.

2 Jars of beef gravy or home made gravy

Cook patties through, Cover with gravy and Heat.
Serve with mashed potatoes or Mac & Cheese and corn.

Get creative with the serving! If you have TV trays use them!

Happy Cooking!!
