Yummy Yogurt Dill Sauce

I love nonfat yogurt. It is creamy and tangy, not to mention it is nonfat! It is a great alternative to sour cream and mayonnaise.  One cup of this jazzed up nonfat plain yogurt is about 150 calories compared with 2 tbs of ranch dressing which comes in at about 140 calories. I love to use this dip on just about everything and it is wonderful on lamb. It also makes a very nice salad when drizzled on top of cucumber slices.

Yogurt Dill Sauce

1 Cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tsp lemon juice
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Dill Weed
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and serve with your favorite veggies.
