Saute onions and peppers in a large skillet. Add sliced chicken. Place mixture in warm tortillas and top with cheese.
Saute broccoli, carrot match sticks, snow peas, sliced onions and garlic. Add diced chicken. Toss with Teriyaki sauce.
Place chicken in gravy and bake at 350 or place in a slow cooker until hot. Serve with mashed potatoes or shred chicken and serve over waffles, biscuits or noodles.
Chicken Penne with Alfredo Sauce and Broccoli
In a small pot, heat or make Alfredo sauce, add sliced chicken. Cook penne according to package instructions. In the last few minutes of cooking add frozen broccoli and boil until tender. Toss penne, broccoli and Alfredo sauce in large bowl.
This was one of the first meals I learned how to make. It is easy and yields great results every time. I am having this one for dinner tonight (It is one of Adam's favorites.)
