Set it and forget it!

I love my slow cooker. Its a great way to make an awesome meal with very little effort. The meat is always juicy and delicious. Its almost fool proof! On days when I am super busy or just don't feel like cooking ( My days are about to get busier, I start a new job in a few days!) my slow cooker is there for me- bless its little stainless steel soul!

Today I am in to cooking other things than dinner. I want to be free to cook the things that I want with out having to stop to make dinner. So today, making a roast.

Ingredients: beef broth, carrots, celery, onions, garlic cut into large pieces, beef, and my seasoning salt.
The key in today's post is combining. I just put the meat on the bottom, dump everything on top, and sprinkle with some herbs and salt and pepper.

Then turn the nob and you're done. In 6-8 hours on low or 3 hours on high it's done. Add a side and it looks like you have been cooking all day.

Happy Cooking!
