Fudge

I have found just about the easiest and most delicious fudge ever. Last year in preparation for Christmas, I read the book 25 days, 26 ways by Ace Collins. It is a great book that helps to make this Christmas the best Christmas ever. It really did change my view of Christmas, and is a wonderful book if you are looking for the meaning behind things like mistletoe, the Christmas tree, and Christmas Carols. I loved this book and highly recommend it to everyone! One of the best part of the book are the recipes!

Peanut Butter Fudge from 25 days 26 ways.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pound of powdered sugar

In a large bowl microwave the butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for 2 minutes more. Add the vanilla, and sugar and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Pour the fudge into a buttered 8x8 pan that has been lined with waxed paper. Place a second piece of waxed paper on top of the fudge and cool in the refrigerator.

It is as easy as that and is AMAZING!

Merry Christmas!
