Juice: cranberry, orange, pomegranate,whatever as long as it is not a cocktail and is 100% juice.
carbonated water of your choice: club soda, seltzer
Pour a little more than half of the glass of club soda (about 12 ounces) and fill the rest of the glass with the juice of your choice (about 4 ounces.) I usually do about a 1/4 glass of juice to 3/4 club soda, but I don't like mine super sweet. You can add as little or as much juice as you want depending on how sweet you want it, just keep in mind that added juice effects the number of calories in your drink.
Super Easy Mocktail: Make in a fluted glass and drop in a sugar cube, it makes it a little sweeter, and it makes it bubble a little more like champagne. This is a great thanksgiving drink when made with cranberry juice garnished with a skewer of cranberries.
