I'll have King Kakes, uh thank ya, thank ya very much

For some reason I sometimes have recipes come to me when I am sleeping. This happens to be one of them. My King Kakes are fluffy banana pancakes drizzled with warm peanut butter. Add a side of bacon and you have a breakfast fit for your Hunka Hunka burnin' love!

King Kakes

Buttermilk Pancake Mix prepared, I like Bisquick ( heart healthy)
Banana slices
Peanut butter

Place a large nonstick pan over medium heat.

Pour in enough batter into the pan to make a 5 in. diameter pancake.

Top with slices of banana, poking them into the batter. Allow the bottom to get golden brown and large bubbles to form around the bananas.

Give it a flip, and cook until golden brown.

To Serve:
Heat 2 TBSP of peanut butter per pancake in the microwave until warm and liquid. Drizzle over pancakes. Top with sliced bananas and whipped cream.

Happy Cooking!
