Chocolate Crunch

These are some of the easiest cookies that I have made yet. They are rich and have a wonderful crunch. I made a small batch of these on Friday and recommend making a full batch, because they go quick!

Chocolate Crunch

3 1/2 cups corn flakes
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter

In a double boiler*, melt chocolate and peanut butter over medium-low heat. Add cereal and stir to coat.

Drop rounded tablespoons on parchment paper
and allow to cool.

* If you don't have a double boiler, use a large glass bowl placed over a pot of water over medium-low heat.
