Happy St. Patty's Day to You!

Around my house, St. Patty's day is a big deal. There is always corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes, tons of Irish soda bread, and sometimes there are even green cupcakes. My family will be getting together to celebrate our heritage with a lot of food, laughs, and love.

This will be my first St. Patty's day on my own, so it is up to me to bring my all that to my home. I have done a little looking around and think I have found some of the best recipes out there for Corned Beef and Cabbage, Irish Soda Bread, and I am pretty sure I will be making some rich chocolate brownies with a whipped green icing, although this looks really good!

An Irish Blessing to you and yours:

May the road rise up to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
And the rain fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!
