Mushroom Burgers

If you have been reading my blog for a while, you know that burgers are a family favorite. Sometimes however, I like to mix it up a little, and then there are times that I like to mix it up a lot. This is one of those times where I like to mix it up a lot. These are a perfect to grill on a nice warm night.

Mushroom Burgers

4 portabella mushroom caps
1 jar of bottled pesto
Grated Parmesan cheese
4 crusty rolls

Clean the mushrooms, and brush with pesto.
Grill over medium heat until mushrooms are soft.
To assemble, slice rolls, and brush with more pesto, sprinkle mushroom with cheese, place mushroom on top.
