Easy Easter Appetizer

As we approach Easter I am sharing a really simple and beautiful appetizer, prosciutto wrapped melon. This appetizer is sweet, and salty and a perfect addition to brunch.

Prosciutto Wrapped Melon

4 oz Prosciutto
1 cantaloupe or honeydew

Cut melon into thin slices, or cubes. Wrap prosciutto pieces around melon. I like to place this appetizer on a white plate that has been sprinkled with chives for a spring-like pop.
