Buffalo Chicken Salad

I spent the end of last week preparing for Hurricane Irene. I picked up some extra canned goods and roasted a chicken. If the power went off I wanted to have some foods that took minimal preparation. We were spared nature's wrath, and I was looking for a new twist on an old favorite. Naturally my mind sought a way to use Frank's Red Hot. It is my favorite food ever. I put it on popcorn, on rice, on chicken, in tomato juice, I love it. Give it a try when you are looking for a new twist on a standard salad.
Yes, It's White Bread. They were wiped out due to the storm.

Buffalo Chicken Salad

2 precooked chicken breasts, chopped
1 rib of celery
1/4 tsp celery seed
Equal parts mayo and ranch dressing
Franks red hot to taste, I used about an 1/8 cup

Combine all ingredients, stirring to combine. Serve with celery sticks, over a salad, or on bread.
