Holy Moly it's Guacamole!
I love avocado, it's smooth and creamy and decadent. I particularly love its nutty flavor. Since I love avocado so much I don't really add a lot of ingredients to my guacamole. Have it with chips, on a burrito, on eggs, or my favorite on toast or an English muffin.
1 avocado, pitted with flesh scooped out
2 tablespoons of lime juice or lemon
garlic powder to taste
1 medium chopped tomato, optional
Add all ingredients except for tomato into a bowl and smash with a fork until creamy. Stir in the tomato and get dipping!
