In college I was a huge fan of Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches. They were quick, easy, and you could eat them before class. Then I discovered a fantastic way to make a PB&J- grilling it. If you haven't done it, It couldn't be more simple. Kids love them, and so do adults. So grab your favorites and get grilling!
Bread- White, Wheat, Rye
Jam, Fruit Butter, Jelly
Peanut Butter, Almond Butter or any other Nut butter
Place a large pan over medium heat. Make a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich. Spread the outside thinly with some butter, like you were making a grilled cheese. Place in the preheated pan, and toast until golden brown. Serve with a big glass of milk.
