There is a restaurant that I used to visit back home that had these amazing tangy beets. I created these, because they were identical, and it took less time to make them than to go there. So grab some beets and let's get going!
Orange Ginger Beets
1 can of sliced beets, drained
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
Combine orange juice with ginger, whisking until they are completely incorporated. Place beets in one layer in a shallow container and pour over orange and ginger mixture. Allow the beets to marinate for at least an hour. Sprinkle with a little salt, and serve.
