Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I love turkey, all the trimmings, and being with my family. This dish is a little thanksgiving preview or what you could do with some of those thanksgiving leftovers.
1 pound of turkey breast sliced thin
3 cups stuffing
2 cups of turkey gravy
Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray and add a little bit of gravy to the bottom of the dish. Place 3 slices of turkey breast overlapping on a cutting board and place a large spoon of stuffing at one end and roll the stuffing up in the turkey. Place in the casserole dish. Repeat with remaining ingredients, cover with gravy, and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
