Christmas Cookie Exchange: Linzer Cookies

Linzer cookies are so pretty. They are filled with jam, and are perfect with a cup of tea. I like to dust the tops of my linzers with powdered sugar before I place them over the jam for an even more dainty look. These cookies are a little high maintence, since they take time to chill, roll, bake jam, and sandwich, but your work will not go unnoticed. There are a ton of options for jam fillings too. Try blueberry, cherry, strawberry, or any other seedless jam.
