3 bunches of broccoli, steamed
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp butter
Place broccoli pieces in a large stock pot. Cover with chicken broth. Cook over medium heat until tender.
Blend broccoli and broth with an immersion blender until smooth.
Season with pepper, onion and garlic powder. Add butter and cream.
Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
