Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

I make chicken sandwiches a lot. They are quick, easy and have tons of versatility. Over the next few posts, I'm going to share my favorite ways to jazz up a plain chicken sandwich. 

Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

4 chicken breasts,
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
4 kaiser rolls
Lettuce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons or more Franks Red Hot

Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place on a hot grill and cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Place each chicken breast on a roll. Brush with franks red hot. Top with lettuce and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Serve with some celery sticks for a healthier version of at home wing night.
