Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches

I had this sandwich for the first time when I was in Florida last year. It was wonderful! It's so easy to make at home and takes me back to dinner on the water with my husband. Try them tonight to add a little warmth into your winter.

Teriyaki Chicken Sandwiches- Makes 4

4 chicken breasts,
4 kaiser rolls
4 Pineapple slices
Teriyaki Sauce, my favorite is actually a Weight Watchers recipe

Prepare teriyaki sauce.

Place half of the teriyaki sauce on the chicken and marinade for at least 30 min. Place on a hot grill and cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Grill pineapple until grill marks form and pineapple is nice and hot.

Brush chicken with remaining sauce and place on a roll. Top with pineapple. Serve with grilled veggies and sesame noodles.
