Banana Berry Smoothie

This is great post workout, for a breakfast on the go, or when you need a healthy snack. It's packed with healthy ingredients and really delicious.

Banana Berry Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup yogurt, I like to use non fat plain or low fat vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup white grape or apple juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
