Cream Puffs

Cream puffs are really easy to make. When piled on a platter and drizzled with chocolate they are a perfect Valentine's Day treat for the person you love.

Cream Puffs

4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a medium saucepan, bring water, butter, salt and sugar to a boil. Add flour and stir until a ball is formed, lower heat and stir one minute more.

Let cool slightly, add eggs one at a time mixing well until completely incorporated. Place tablespoons of dough on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and raised. Allow to cool before filling.

Cream Puff Filling
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups of milk
2 boxes of vanilla instant pudding

Whip all ingredients until well blended, about 2 minutes. Place in a pastry bag. Puncture the underside of the cream puff and fill.

Whipped Cream
Chocolate Ice Cream or any other Ice Cream
Chocolate Pudding
Mango Yogurt Cream

To garnish, drizzle with melted chocolate, powered sugar, or berries.
