Recipe adapted from Betty Crocker
1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 cup milk
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup butter
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 quart sliced canned peaches, drained. I like to use home canned peaches packed in apple juice.
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Stir together Bisquick mix, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Stir in butter until blended.
Stir together sugar and peaches; spoon over batter.
Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and a little sugar, if desired
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden.
