My husband is a fan of all things Chicken Bacon Ranch. We make these sandwiches pretty regularly and they rock.
4 chicken breasts,
4 kaiser rolls
1/4 cup ranch dressing
8 slices of bacon
4 slices of cheddar cheese
Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place on a hot grill and cook until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Place each chicken breast on a roll. Top with lettuce, bacon, cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing. Serve with a big salad for a satisfying meal in minutes.
