Focaccia with Tomatoes, Onion, and Black Olives

Yesterday I shared a recipe for a super simple pizza dough recipe. Today we're going to build off of that and make a delicious Focaccia with Tomatoes, Onion and Black Olives. It's easy, delicious, and the perfect addition to any meal.

Focaccia with Tomatoes, Onion, and Black Olives

1 batch of Pizza Dough, Prepared
Olive Oil
4 large tomatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced thin
1 small can of sliced black olives, drained
Kosher or sea salt
Parmesan Cheese

Press prepared pizza dough into a pizza pan or baking dish that has been brushed with a little bit of olive oil. Brush the top of the dough with olive oil, and top with sliced tomatoes, onions, and black olives. Make sure that there is a little bit of everything across the whole thing. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and some grated Parmesan cheese and bake until the dough is crispy and the toppings are hot.

Serve warm.
