Vanilla Cream Oatmeal

Oatmeal is one of the quickest cooked breakfasts. It's full of all kinds of great stuff, a ton of fiber, and it's great for your heart. This oatmeal takes about 3 minutes, is under 200 calories, and is lovely with fruit.

Vanilla Cream Oatmeal (makes 1 serving)

1 cup water
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cream
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Nuts (optional)

Bring water to a boil, add oats and vanilla cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and add cream and nuts if desired.
