Yogurt Marinade for Lamb

I recently had a question on the Facebook Page about my favorite way to make lamb. I wanted to share with you my favorite marinade for lamb.

Yogurt Marinade

2 cups plain yogurt
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tsp onion power
Pinch Kosher salt
Pinch pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of Greek Seasoning

Combine all ingredients and add lamb, let sit at least overnight in the refrigerator.  Remove from marinade drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and grill.

I made extra yogurt marinade up and serve it on the side as a dipping sauce. It's wonderful.
