I've been trying to get back to eating better since I had the baby. It has been many months of quick convenience foods. I have had more boxes of instant mashed potatoes and frozen pizza than I would care to count. This meal is quick, super quick actually! It's full of flavor and delicious!
Salmon in Herbed Butter with Asparagus and Angel Hair
2 Salmon Fillets
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
dash of Salt
dash of Pepper
1 bunch of Asparagus, steamed
1/2 lb Angel Hair, cooked according to package instructions
1 stick of butter
2 tbsp Parsley, Chopped
Season salmon with garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Warm Olive oil over medium heat. Place fish in pan and cook until flaky. Add butter, lemon, and parsley.
To Serve: Place pasta in the center of a plate, top with fish. Place asparagus on the side. Drizzle with butter sauce.
