many of you know that I am not eating meats, sweets, or drinking
alcohol because I am doing the Daniel Fast. I wanted to share a great breakfast! Cabot has a new vanilla
bean Greek yogurt that is fantastic!
2/3 cup of Greek yogurt 1/4 cup granola 1 large handful of blackberries
It keeps me full, has lots of protein and is delicious! Not to mention under 350 calories*!
* Depending on calorie content of granola. Mine is 240 per half cup.
