I usually plan for leftovers so we have lunches. In the event we don't there's the following: Sandwiches: PB&J, Grilled Cheese, Deli Meat
Soups: Tomato, Cream of Broccoli, Chicken Noodle

Monday 2/1- Beef Stroganoff, Egg Noodles, Green Beans
Tuesday 2/2 -Tacos with Corn, Rice, and Black Beans ( making extra rice and beans for other meals)
Wednesday 2/3- Chicken Wraps with Veggie Sticks and Fruit (Make an extra breast)
Thursday 2/4- Fried Rice With Chicken from leftovers from Tuesday and Wednesday.
Friday 2/5- Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli
Saturday 2/6- Roast Chicken Thighs and Root Veggies, Biscuits
Sunday 2/7 Superbowl Sunday! We usually go to my mom's for a potluck party. I'm not sure what I will be bringing yet.
Monday 2/8- Pork Chops, Peas, and a package of Cheddar Broccoli Spirals from Knorr
Tuesday 2/9- It's Pancake Tuesday! Pancakes & Sausage for dinner!
Wednesday 2/10- Hamburgers, Oven Fries, Baby Carrots
Thursday 2/11- Chicken, Broccoli & Cheese Casserole
Friday 2/12- Manwich and Homemade Mac & Cheese, Broccoli,Cauliflower, and Carrot Blend
Saturday 2/13- Steaks, Baked Potatoes, Salads
Sunday 2/14- Valentine's Day! We will probably have dinner out tonight.
Snacks are pretzels, fruit, super bowl snacks, and veggies.
I spent about $225 for everything and it will last our family about two weeks. I didn't use coupons. Most of my purchases were from Aldi. I would have spent less, but Aldi was out of chicken at the time so I had to get it from Walmart. How much do you spend per week? Do you meal plan? What's on your menu?
